Conversations will always be light and friendly with an emphasis on what makes you, you. Resumes and portfolios are just words and art on a piece of paper or screen, we believe in getting to know the person behind them.

We also pride ourselves in being 100% discreet. Having been burned by recruiters in the past ourselves, we completely understand the need to keep a job search out of public view. With that comes a promise that we will never send your resume or portfolio anywhere that we haven’t had a conversation about first.
